We aimed to break free from monotonous customer updates that overwhelmed our users.
From software and apps, to subscriptions and payment services, the world of tech is filled with updates and upgrades, all designed to drive our customers’ business growth upwards. We wanted to capitalise on this everyday language to build quick recognition and relevance for our Quarterly Product Release marketing moment.
This project was a joint effort of product marketing, content, and design teams. All started with collaborative one-hour ideation session with 7 people in the room, 65 ideas and 2 winning ideas after this session.
I worked on this campaign from the stages of the concept till producing all final deliverables, including: animated social media banners, emailers and landing page.
